Onyx Strength & Conditioning does not process payments directly through this website. All payments are handled via e-transfer or other agreed-upon methods.

Because coaching services involve time, planning, and personalized programming:

• Refunds are not guaranteed

• Refund requests are handled case-by-case

• Once coaching services or programming has started, refunds are generally not provided

If there is a serious issue, we will always aim to handle it fairly and professionally.
