Steven Fitzpatrick is a powerlifting coach, competitive strength athlete, and the founder of Onyx Strength & Conditioning. With a 300 kg squat, 185 kg bench press, and 320 kg deadlift, Steven brings both high-level lifting experience and a meticulous coach’s eye to every athlete he works with.

His coaching philosophy is simple: chase execution, not ego. Steven blends evidence-based training principles with real-world experience to help athletes from first-time lifters to competitive powerlifters, build strength safely, sustainably, and with confidence.
